Are you looking for help with recovery from the impact of trauma?
Traumatic events are more common than once thought, and many of us will be exposed to events that have the potential to cause distress and disrupt our lives. We know from listening to people who have experienced trauma that many people are resilient and that connections with people who are safe and supportive are key to recovery from the impact of traumatic events.
If you are currently struggling with the impact of a traumatic event or events then please make contact with a trusted member of your community, such as your G.P.
