Wellbeing is critical to a trauma informed workforce and nation.
We have developed some additional resources to support staff to look after others, themselves, and their staff teams due to the impact of COVID-19, which will remain relevant in the post-COVID world which you will find below.

Protecting the Psychological Wellbeing of staff for Managers and Team Leaders
The purpose of this Elearning module is to help managers, planners and leaders of teams understand the evidence based factors that support the wellbeing of teams through crisis events such as COVID-19. It contains information about proactive strategies to protect the wellbeing of teams, and how and when to respond effectively to concerns about an individual’s mental health during and after the crisis.
Psychological First Aid
This Elearning module is designed for anyone who delivers health or social care, this module will support you in delivering effective Psychological First Aid (PFA) throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. PFA is a humane, supportive and flexible response to people who are in distress or suffering during and after crises or emergencies like the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.
